How well do you notice your loved ones?

One common deep fear that many of our loved ones have is the fear that they are “invisible.”

Our loved ones feel emotionally safe around people who are glad to see them and take the time to greet them. When your child or partner walks into the room, stop what you are doing, look at them, smile, and say “Hi.”

This is another way to reduce unhealthy cortisol while increasing healthy oxytocin chemicals.
